• Triella Advantage Total is for businesses that need both strategic and day-to-day on-site support for all of their technology, including desktops. We become your IT department. If you have internal people designated for IT support we support their effort to ensure that your system runs smoothly while at the same time ensuring a high level of expertise is provided to the firm.

• Triella Advantage Total Lite is for businesses that can handle most of their own internal desktop needs but want the advantage of proactive monitoring of their entire system and all the features provided under the Total plan.

• Triella Advantage Select is for businesses that already have internal IT support and are looking for strategic advice, server maintenance and coverage when the IT person is on vacation or ill. We enhance our IT department and supplement the skill set of your internal IT. We are also an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by your internal IT.
