I want to securely connect my
people to their data.

BlackBerry Enterprise Server

It’s amazing that in just a few short years handheld devices like BlackBerry have redefined the concept of working remotely from having access to another location with a desk and computer to this: your office is wherever you are at the moment. If people are in motion, the challenge then becomes keeping them connected to your central business hub.

When it comes to connecting and synching BlackBerry devices to your business, Triella’s preferred solution is BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES). Here are the top five reasons we recommend BES to our clients:

  1. Allows BlackBerry device users to securely send and receive email, access their calendars, get contact information, take notes, and make and receive phone calls. Users are always in touch with your firm.
  2. Ensures changes made to data on the BlackBerry devices are automatically synched with the main office (and vice versa). Imagine needing to find a contact, change an appointment or update a task and have it appear in Outlook immediately.
  3. Allows business the ability to: a) remotely manage software updates on the devices, b) control what users can and cannot install or access on their BlackBerry, c) track PIN to PIN or SMS messages using auditing, and d) create IT policies to control the confidentiality of client data.
  4. Connects desk phones with BlackBerry devices so users can view incoming calls, transfer calls, and make calls from their BlackBerry devices that will show as being from your office phone.
  5. Adds minimal additional cost to business infrastructure.
